Hello! I’m Nasreen Sajady, owner of The Microbrewologist. I have been working in the quality industry for 10+ years, spending that time supporting and creating quality programs, working in laboratories gaining knowledge in a variety of laboratory techniques, supporting production teams during daily activities, and working for a Fortune 500 company during federal and international regulatory audits using strategic and thoughtful methods to respond to their concerns and suggestions. Using my passion for quality and libations, I want to support brewers and distillers in becoming successful by helping them create a consistent product every time, keeping our small business communities thriving.

I studied at Augsburg College in Minneapolis, Minnesota and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Biology. I am the quality manager for one of the 100 largest craft breweries in the US, a current member of the American Society of Brewing Chemists, and a Director and Founder of Brewing Change Collaborative. I attended the Beer Quality and Analysis program at Oregon State University in the fall of 2015 and the Introduction to Practical Brewing in the winter of 2017 taught by THE Charles W. Bamforth, Ph.D., D.Sc. I frequently attend webinars and study publications that have been recommended by the international scientific community of the brewing industry.  I am committed to continuing my education; keeping up with the latest regulations and standards, providing you with the most current expertise in the brewing sciences.
